Healtheak Terms of Use

1. General
These terms govern use of the Healtheak mobile app (the “App”). The publisher is the Healtheak publisher shown in the App Store as “Sold by”. By using the App, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Service description
Healtheak is a daily wellness prevention system:
- a set nutrition base (Today’s Stack),
- Body Check — photos of visual signals compared with your own history,
- a ready-made habit routine,
- Health Freak Score as a measure of consistency, not of health status.
The App is informational and observational. It does not replace a doctor.
3. No medical advice
Content, comparisons, and optional AI analysis are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and do not make the App a medical device. AI analysis describes change relative to your earlier photos of the same type. If you have symptoms or doubts, consult a doctor.
4. Account
You may start as an anonymous user or link an account (email, Sign in with Apple, Google). You are responsible for the security of your device and account. You can delete the account in Profile. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an Apple / Google subscription — you turn that off in store settings.
5. User content
You keep the rights to content you add (including photos). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely to provide the App (including, when you ask, sending photos to OpenAI for analysis). You must not upload unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, or other people’s data without a legal basis.
6. Premium subscription (auto-renewal)
Some features (in particular Body Check) require active Premium. Purchase is an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play.
- Title: Healtheak Premium (monthly and/or yearly — variants shown in the purchase sheet).
- Period: a month or a year, according to the selected variant.
- Price: the current price and currency are shown by Apple / Google before you confirm. Payment is charged to the store account at purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage and cancel: iOS Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions (or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). In the App: Profile → manage subscription and Restore purchases.
- Any trial, if offered, is described in the purchase sheet; unused trial time is forfeited on conversion to a paid subscription, according to Apple’s rules.

Apple payments are also subject to Apple’s standard EULA for paid apps / subscriptions.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for the App to work properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms; we will publish material changes in the App or at the stated URL.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information in the App, or for damage from misuse, including treating observations or AI analysis as a diagnosis.
